Exercise Routine that works the most efficiently?

I have a bunch of exercise equipment, which I know isn’t a necessity for a good work out, but I want to know what a good plan or routine would be for me to lose an efficient amount of weight with the equipment I have.
I have a tredmill, ab-doer, something else that looks like a praying mantis laying on its stomach (sorry forgot what its called), a stand up punching bag, a pilates kit which includes a fit ball, two weight balls, 2 resistance bands, and two toning balls. I of course also have a ton of work out videos ranging from tae-bo to dance workouts to the Carmen Electra series.
I am just really bad at making out a good plan to follow.
I am 5′3 about 170lbs, and waist is about 42″ (I know, huge =( )
Anyone got any advice, or any sites?

One Response to “Exercise Routine that works the most efficiently?”

  1. Know how to work each piece of equipment you have and set you mind to it. Work your upper body one day for 20-30 minutes and your lower the next. It takes time to see a difference, it won’t happen over night. But if you get into a daily routine, within a month you should see a difference in your appearance. Occupy your mind with TV or music when you are working out, it goes by faster.
