Effective lower ab workouts?
ive tried everything. help! and dont tell me crunches, usually it only effects the upper abs.i need to get rid of the big sack in my lower stomach. its gross

Lay on an incline bench or any kind of ramp… hold yourself from sliding down with your hands and curl your lower body to your chest and head in a slow and controlled motion. You can also hang from a bar and lift your legs until you’re in a sitting position… pause there for a second… slowly crunch your knees to your chest… pause… then lower your legs to a sitting position… Remember that technique is everything when it comes to exercising… If you are doing it wrong, you’re just exhausting energy and wielding poor to no results. Also, sadly, it’s very difficult to lose the fat around the stomach if you’re not eating healthy and doing at least 60mins of cardio three times a week. In order for your body to burn off the excess fat, your body MUST burn off more calories than you consume in a typical day. If you are not getting the results you desire… check your form and step it up a notch. Remember, if it were a goal easy to obtain, everyone would have six pack abs… keep working at it!
