Does anyone know really good exercises for lower abs and upper inner thighs?
I’m pretty lean but have my curves. I have a big butt and curvy thighs but I only weigh 123 lbs. I have a bit of a roll on my lower abdominals and haha, kind of flappy thighs.
I would like exercises for my lower abs, upper/inner thighs, tone calves, and upper arms. I can’t do a full sit-up but I can do a curl up.
Also any foods I NEED to stay away from will help too!

I would also like some exercises I can do for my lower back sides of my back just a little bit of a muffin, haha.
OH AND BY THE WAY ALL THESE EXERCISES NEED TO BE “AT HOME” EXERCISES.

lower abs:
leg lifts- put both hands under your butt and lift your legs a couple inches off the ground. after a few you should feel the burn.
reverse crunches- hands beside you, flat. bend your knees and bring them to your chest, lifting your butt off the ground a little, then go back and fourth.
oh also, limit your sugar intake. that makes you have a little fat in your lower stomach, but like me, mine is flat but i do have very little fat there because thats where my body stores it.
