Does 6-8hrs of workout a week have to all be upper body?
Hi I’m just starting to work out seriously but people say each week 6-8 hrs of workout is typical.
I was wondering if all 6-8hrs have to be working out a certain muscle group (like just your upper body) or if those 6-8hrs is a mixture of leg, ab, bicep, traps, pretty much everything.

try to seperate upper body workouts with lower body workouts. that way, the muscles have time to heal.
They SHOULD be mixed. Its best for you. So yes.
Working your core and legs is important. Do squats, dead-lifts, bench press, military press, dips, chins and pullups.
No it’s a mixture of lower body, upper body, and middle body. If you do hard workouts, make sure you take a day off.
