Ok, first of all your body has the ab muscles there. But you need to make them bigger by doing workouts to make them visible. And remove any fat covering them. If they show without ab exercises they won’t look very good, the exercises will really make them pop and look defined. The 3 exercises I do are crunches, reverse crunches, and a type of leg lifts I created. It takes some trial and error to find a plan that works for you. But let me tell you there is nothing like looking in the mirror and seeing a ripped six pack.
You must do some kind of core muscle training in order to get strong core muscles. There simply isn’t any other way. It’s a matter of use it or loose it….the older the faster, too.
If your body fat is low enough your abs will show, exercise will help them show with more definition.

Nope! this is a myth. All you need to do is walk down to your local grocery store and pick up a six pack. Keep in mind, you may have to repeat this process a few times before you are satisfied, depending on how picky you are.
