Do those electro-shock ab. belts actually work?
I am typically not an easy way out type of person, but I am curious to know if these actually work. I workout 4-5 times per week doing abs, weight training and cardio and also eat a very healthy diet (lean protiens, lots of fruit and veggies, whole grains, little to no processed sugar). I am happy with the way I look, but would like my abs to be a bit more toned for the summer. I’m curious whether or not wearing one of those belts while doing abs or cardio would help stimulate muscle contractions to make the exercises more effective. Has anyone ever tried one of these? If so, how/ when/ how often did you use it and what were your results (if any)?

one of my friends used a sauna belt from Avon and she swears by it she said it really helped her loose wait
NO!
Nope they don’t. If they did, be the hottest thing on the market. Everybody would be using them. Like the “diet” pills. If they worked, we’d all be doing something else besides wondering how to lose weight.
You’re already doing all the right things for weight control and health. Just keep it up and don’t throw your money away on this thing. Total scam.
The answer is No! The page listed below specifically addresses this question and explains why. I almost bought one of those belts until I read the article. Save your money.
