Dient and Exercise for a 6-Pack?
I am a 16 year old male who is 5’2. I weight 118.8. I was wondering if someone had a great diet and exercise plan for a 6 pack. I workout about 5 times a week, in which I run for 30 minutes at a 6 mph pace. I also swim for about 20 minutes, and do Ab exercises such as crunches, hammer strength crunches, and a couple of other exercises for about 30 minutes. I eat a lot of junk food, I THINK that may be the main problem. Can someone send me a a diet plan with what exactly to eat at each meal. Perferably not too much fish as it is hard for me to come by. I would also like a workout plan. Thanks
By the way, for some reason my stomach never goes away now. I always wake up with a bloated stomach, and even after eating the smallest amount, my stomach stays bloated. I think my metabolism may have slowed down, but really I have no idea. Please take this into consideration.
ALSO! What time should I work out. I usually work out in the morning, but would it be better to work at night to burn off the extra calories?

Eat lots of protein. You want to build muscle because the more muscle you have the more fat you burn. For workouts I like the double crunch. (do a crunch, but also bring your knees up to meet your chest) and i like doing planks. Probably your quickest route to a six pack is swimming since it burns fat and builds your abs.
