Could I get a decent six-pack in two – three months with this workout?
I’m fourteen, and am wondering about abdominal exercises. I’m not sure which are the best, but don’t have any gym equipment. I don’t understand the system of “sets of reps”, so with this workout could I have a decent six-pack in two-three months?
1st Month:
Monday (Morning), 10 abdominal crunches (held for twenty seconds)
(Evening), 10 long arm crunches
Wednesday: Same as Monday
Friday: Same as Monday
Repeat for four weeks
2nd Month
Monday: (Morning) 15 abdominal crunches (held for twenty seconds) + TVA training
(Clenching throughout the day)
(Evening) 15 long arm crunches, TVA exercises
Wednesday and Friday: Same a Monday
3rd Month: (Optional) Same as 2nd month but with 20 abdominal crunches and 20 long arm crunches.

No. You need to do cardio. Doing sit ups and crunches etc will only strengthen your abdominal muscles. Great, but too bad there is a lump of fat covering them up. You need to burn the fat off of your midsection, while doing crunches at the same time in the course of that day (to strenghen). And you might get a decent six pack in three months.
