Concussions, Abb tear, simple short workout, opinions/advise?

Hey guys, I have had previous injuries, to the shoulder and head( concussions ) and am trying to put together a workout that is simple and short. I used to be in the gym alot, and now since I have researched and studied in school the adverse effects of the take a gram of protein per body part..this is false. The effects this has on kidneys is horrible. With that aside, I use to train with deadlifts, militay press, chest press, squats, and clean and jerks. However, since my injuries I am looking for something basic and quick, and recovery. What do you think of this workout( maybe non-traditional )

Chest/Triceps
Flat bench 5×5
Dips 5×5-10
Crushers 5×5
Extensions 5×8

Day 2
Bicep curls or Hammer curls 3×8
Traps

What do you guys think,will this build chest/arms, I cannot over train at all. I am only focused with upper body. Remember the equipment I am using is not power gym stuff, it is at a rehab facility. Any comments or suggestions. Thx!
