Can someone give me exercise ideas to sculpt my arms and flatten my lower abs?
I am a 44y/o fit woman and I work out at home with kettlebells and resistant bands. I have a few free weights, an exercise ball and some pilates dvd’s. I’m looking for exercises to sculpt my arms further and get rid of the little “pooch” in my lower abs. Thanks!

See the links below for exercise ideas. As for the little “pooch” you’ll need to burn some calories to make that go away. Write down what you eat in a food log (see below) and subtract your BMR and exercise calories from what you eat. You want to burn (negative number) about 3,500 calories per week to lose 1 pound. Do this for a few weeks…keep up those exercises…and you’ll see the “pooch” get smaller & smaller.

Eat only hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Eat nourishing and not junk food. Chew each morsel of food at least 32 times. U will notice how beautifully ur brain controls and lets u know that enough is enough. Drink only water in between.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly.
The practice of food intake and light exercise regime will enable u to achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable time effortlessly.
