DIET:::::::::::
i eat sugar free jello alot mainly my breakfast and lunch..its only 40 calories per box.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO LOSE MY 20 POUNDS AND WILL I GET A SIX PACK…WHAT CAN I DO ALSO TO HELP GAIN THE SIX PACK… thanks

Doubtful.
Probably longer. 500 cals is not enuf. Subway’s not the way to go.
Think U need a little more research.

HELL YES!!!! YOU GO GIRL!!
try to limit the subway to only once a week, even if you’re getting a healthy choice. i dk if you can possibly gain a 6 pack in that amount of time, but i’m sure you could lose 20 pounds but a lot of it will be water weight
forget all of that. you’re starving yourself. don’t worry about how much you eat and all those random workouts, just do this…
1. eat HEALTHY foods (if you’re hungry, it’s ok to eat)
2. for running, RUN till you can’t anymore, then regain your composure with a slow jog/walk, then RUN again and repeat this until you are too tired
3. do INTENSE EXERCISE and push yourself harder each day
Eat more protein. Too few calories will be bad for you. Otherwise, it’s a good routine.
You need to eat 5-6 small meals a day to speed your metabolism. High protein, low fat. About 40 min of cardio and resistance training will do it. 500 calories will send your body into starvation mode and will not let you lose weight.Good luck
eat smaller meals throughout the day, not just the three main ones. and make sure you know what a portion is. do some research, and youll see that usually what seems normal to us is whats meant to be for like 3 people. after you learn portion control, it will be easy. and try getting your six pack AFTER losing the weight.
good luck!
First of all, less than 1200 cals/day is unhealthy and will mess up your ability to loose weight. The body recognizes starvation mode and will hold on to those pounds are hard as possible. DON’T starve yourself.
If you want to loose weight and gain muscle, you have to feed your muscles protein. If you cut down that much the muscles will catabolyze, meaning, they will eat themselves for energy.
Therefore, you are going about this the wrong way.
You need to eat a balanced diet, 40 % lean, low fat protein to feed your muscles, then fresh veggies and fruits to get vitamins and mineral and cut back on the bread/processed cereals/ white flour noodles, etc. Eat whole wheat /whole grain breads.
Can you loose 20 in a month- not likely. You put on the extra weight over a certain period of time- takes time to take it off. Give yourself about three months. You can accelerate the weight loss by doing aerobic excercise- walking, running, jogging, treadmill, and aerobic dance.
Increase the resistance on your elliptical to increase the efficiancy of your workout.
Also, some people NEVER get six pack abds no matter what they do.
Your best bet is to take better care of your body, feeding it enough to perform on and still loose weight. Accept the body that you mold, six pack abds or no, and feel great and in shape- that is the goal to shoot for, not starving yourself and abusing your body.
