		<description>I recommend drinking LOTS of water. A big glass before, during and after meals in itself helps people lose weight without dieting or exercising. So imagine if you did this AND that? Fabulous :)

Another thing I&#039;d recommend is green tea. Not the capsules, just the regular tea. I dislike the taste of the original, so I found wildberry green tea. It has zero calories and has many wonderful weight loss effects. 

Not sure about the chicken drumsticks...if the skin is off them it&#039;s probably okay...but I&#039;d substitute the protein shake for steamed veggies.</description>
