can i get a six pack with this routine for about 4 months?
i want a 6 pack in 4 months time, and im willing to try anything to get it, im not fat so i DON’T NEED CARDIO but i want to know if this is a good routine although any other routines posted i will look at and see what i think, but my routine is basically doing 3 sets of 20 crunches 3-5 times a day for 4 months i started a few days ago and my abs are killing me but im still doing it and i wondered if this will get me a 6 pack if i keep it up, and yes i already know that this probably will get me a 4 pack but to do the lower abs i will need to do other exercises like reverse crunches planks or Russian twists or whatever they’re called, i just want advice or a straight answer on if this will work =) please help if you can


If your abs are sore the next day, don’t work out. Don’t ever work out a muscle group if it is sore. You will just end up damaging it and you will probably never get the results you like. I workout my abs every otehr day, and I do about 6 different exercises for 30-45 mi nutes. I take protein shake afterwards because I treat is just like any other muscle group.
I do most my exercises from 8 minute abs, although I use 2.5 or 5 pound weights for resistance.
bealive it or not you should also run because it works all the muscles!
if your abs are sore dont work em out the next day!
