can anyone tell me some easy lower ab workouts without using equipment?

The easiest ones you can do is a reverse crunch or a reverse and regular crunch combo. Basically do a regular crunch but also bring your legs into your chest contracting your lowr abs. Make sure uyou exhale and wait for atleast a second for the contraction.
