What are the best EFFECTIVE exercises to get six pack abs?
Note: I only have a treadmill, an exercise ball and a trampoline at home. I am not planning on buying any other expensive crazy room-taking ab cruncher or whatever.


No abdominal exercise in the world will get rid of fat. So do cardio to get rid of the fat. As far as targetting the abdominal muscles, the bicycle situp is very effective. Lay flat on your back. Extend your right leg out, and bring your left leg to a 90 degree angle to your body. With hands behind your head, rotate your body and touch your right elbow to your (left) knee. After touching, rotate back to a laid position, while switching legs and rotating to touch your right knee with your left elbow. Then repeat. It targets upper, middle, lower, as well as side muscles. 3 sets of 15-20 every other day. Continue cardio daily.
Crunches work wonders for your abs. Do those with frog kicks, leg raises, bicycles and planks. To burn the fat off that is covering your abs all you need to do is a form of cardio, i.e. some jogging on that treadmill of yours.
Crunches and planks are your best choice. You don’t need any equipment, either.
