Best Ab Workout. PLease help!?

I WANT ABS IN 1 WEEK TELL ME HOW!!@!@!
I am looking to get a big gain in abdominal muscle in about 4 months.
If someone could give me a good ab workout that i can do every other day that would be excellent. I have protein shakes at home if i should take those. ANYTHING that will help me get the most effective workout will help. Thanks!

Sq wise your But Checks in Line lay down and do half sit ups and Hold for 3 Minutes a Time …
If you are looking for definition in your abs it is more than just working out. You have to lower your body fat so that the results of your exercising shows.
Make sure you are watching what you eat, cut out greasy, fatty foods as well as drinks with a lot of sugar like soda.
Once you’ve worked on the body fat, any ab exercises should do the trick.
I prefer using a physio ball for crunches. The ability to go back a little further gives a better work out.

-If you’re overweight, then you’ll have to do some cardio first. A LOT. Abs naturally appear on people who are extremely fit/skinny because everyone has one, it’s just whether the layer of fat or not covers it. You could be fat and have extremely strong abs, but it won’t show at all. Also, eat a lot healthier food and DRINK A LOT OF WATER.
-If you’re average, skinny, or already on your way there, then yes, you should take protein drinks, roughly 2-3 times a week before a workout. Still do cardio, but not that much, unless all you care about are abs.
1) Try working your way up to 50 situps at a time, with your feet hooked under a couch or something, slowly.
2) On the floor, sit down, bring your knees up and start swinging your upper body side to side while pupmping your feet out from side to side.
3) Push-up position, and hold it. On your elbows is even better.
Around 10 minutes of INTENSE ab workout a day will yield great results. Good luck.
you cannot see big ab muscles in 1 week, even if you are a boy. But to have great ab muscles you need a whole life make over, many men who have really defined abs work hard. You need to change your eating patterns ( less fatty foods, more lean protein and fibre). And you have to do cardio at least 5 times a week. even if you are already skinny. You need to lose fat all over your body to show your ab muscles. And finally you need to build your muscles ( all over) Doing some weight training and core training (muscles that wrap around your core) Because your a young man, this should not take too long, and as you grow older and your body matures, you’ll be able to build muscle easier. It’ll be healthy and you’ll look sexy and healthy. People are only sexy when they look healthy.
