Any one know any good exercises for the lower abs, inner thigh, lower butt, and lower back?

I have problems with all these areas and what I’m doing doesn’t seem to be working. My lower abs are the biggest problem for me, nothing I do works. The top half of my stomach is flat and around this area http://i65.photobucket.com/albums/h236/ManaMiyavi/1643stomach.jpg it puffs out. Any thoughts?
