Any ideas what’s causing this?

ANY SUGGESTIONS TO WHAT THIS MAY BE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRICIATED, THANKS! For the past month or so, I’ve been getting a horrible pain in my lower abdomen while walking to work (different from the “workout cramp”). Then for about the last week, I have felt uncomfortably full, and haven’t really eaten because it’s been so uncomfortable (I normally don’t ever feel full, even after eating a large meal). Then this morning I woke up with my belly so swollen I looked like I was 9 months pregnant (I am 5’6″ and weigh 108lbs). When I’m sitting or laying down, it feels mildly uncomfortable, but when I stand up, it starts hurting bad in my lower abdomin, and my eyes get fuzzy, and I faint. I have been going to the bathroom regularly (it’s not constipation), am not gassy, and don’t have any other symptoms (fever, nausea, congestion, headache ect…). I was diagnosed with Chron’s disease about 2 years ago, and I didn’t have the surgery or take any meds, but I control it dietarily and haven’t had a flareup since. I don’t think whatever this is, is a Chron’s flareup because I don’t have any of the symptoms (no diarreha, vomiting, fever or intense tearing pain in my abdomin), plus it came on so sudd4enly. Any ideas at all????
Because someone answered about this, I don’t have celiac’s disese, that was ruled out in the beginning. I also don’t have diverticulitis, am not lactose intolerant, and my only known food allergy is coconut, but i certainly don’t eat that. Otherwise, my diet is pretty limited as to not have flare-ups, and I eat a lot of the same foods/ingredients everyday, and I rarely try new foods, so any type of food allergy seems out of the question. And I definitively have Chron’s, everything else was ruled out.
