Abdominal/Upper Body Workout???
what would suggest doing for an Upper Body and Abdominal workout? I’ve been walking about 2-3 miles a day, which I can feel in my legs, but I think I have been neglecting my upper body. What do you suggest. I’ve been thinking about getting Hip Hop Abs. I’d really like to hit my midsection seeing as I need to do some chest work as well as Abdominal. Thanks.


sit ups and push ups sounds small but it really works
everyone’s body is different…and one thing that works for another may not work for you…i would suggest doing some online reserch about upper body exercises…and see what will work for you.
