Ab workouts to get a flat stomach?
Im skinny-ish but my body isnt toned especially my stomach, how long does it take to get a abs? whats a good workout??

start with basic tummy crunches, then after youve become a little stronger, step up the workout. one thing that i noticed skinny but untoned girls do, is not exercise daily. go out and walk a mile or two for a week, then start jogging and eventually running. do plenty of stretching and basic push-ups and tummy crunches until you feel confident enough to start using weights. watch your diet, try to keep out as many processed foods as possible fast food is a huge no-no and instant meals are even worse. drink plenty of water and eat as much home cooked food as you can. look into raw foods diets, it can be fun and educational
Aha mee too! I am just doing 500 crunches on my ab lounge and drinking a lot of water and reducing my calories!!!

or you can put alot of Preperation-H on your abs if you are already skinny to make your abs pop out.
You can shape your body with diet and exercise. Even if you don’t want to loose weight, changing your diet will change the shape of your body and make it more toned up. As for the exercises, you need to combine toning exercises for the belly with cardiovascular exercises to help build muscle (the muscle will help hold your shape!)
