		<description>lay on your back with your palms on the floor by your waist and raise your legs up 6 inches, 12, 24 etc,,,, then back down again. try to hold it for as long as you can. 

jump straight up and pull your knees to your chest in mid air

sit on the edge of a counter and hold yourself there by your arms and lift your legs up and down while they are extended.


when you do crunches bring your legs up to your chest and meet your head/upper body in the middle</description>
