I think the best way to get rid of belly flab is to diet. Don’t go overboard so it’s unhealthy, but cut out the junk food and eat healthy portions that aren’t too big. A 15 year old teen that works out and is athletic should eat about 1200 calories a day.
just do dieting
and crunches and sit-ups it shuld be gone by then^^
