A good ab Workout that will help lose belly fat and in middle and sides, a good work out routine basically?
i dont exactly want a 6 pack, just a good workout to get a flat stomach, and if you have any good tips on how to lose thigh fat please, be my guest!!!

Well if you don’t want a 6-pack, you don’t want to do ab workouts! But you should work them out it’s good for you and don’t worry your abs won’t bulge out by doing crunches. I just do sit-ups and eat healthy (no pop no sweets that stuff’s crap for you lean meat fruits vegetables). Anyways eat 6 small, healthy meals a day, instead of 3 bigger ones and you’ll lose weight, like Arnold Schwarzenegger says “Abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym.” and I just do like 200 crunches every other day and there ya go.
