6 pack help without anorexia?
So, i’ve been trying to get a six pack for the summer but i’m about 6’0-6’1 and I only weigh 149lb. It still doesn’t show up so please no answers saying ‘I don’t need to do ab workouts all you need to do is lose layer of fat’. All i’m looking for are some effective exercises, my only piece of equipment is an exercise ball. Thanks
