6 pack ab workout routine?
Hello I’ve been training to get a 6 pack. I am 15 140lbs 5’6 30in waist. i have martial arts (MMA kickboxing and BJJ) four times a week about 7 hours of training every week. I recently started running about 30 minutes everyday in the late afternoon that is followed by push ups, pull-ups, dumbbells, crunches, sit ups medicine ball. I also walk to school and back i live about 15 minutes away. My question is is that enough? is this a good plan or what? Thank you for taking your time to read my question, thanks for the answers.
also, can i achieve this without dieting? i mean im young and i like eating.. lol


it all depends on ur diet…lol i hardly did any cardio to get my abs, all i did was eat 6-7 small meals a day and i kept my total calorie intake less than my calorie expenditure.
Dude, you are a walking skeleton, not even a buck-fifty!
Forget a “6-pack”; put on some muscle! You can’t “rip” a skeleton – add some muscle mass.
A secret – if you do plenty of overhead work (Clean and Jerk, Snatches, etc), you will get a 6-pack of muscle that shows even through 18% bodyfat!
