2 inches, 2 inches 2 inches, tighter?

i weigh around 140lbs, i’m 5’8 and 13, (i’m a model, and please dont take that in an airheaded bad way) i need to lose about 2 inches around my stomach, i workout daily, (run a mile, 20 situps, and 25 other abb workouts, [4 of them]) and i need to lose about 1.5 inches around both of my inner thighs. Please Help Me.

no, im not a plus size model, i wear a size 5-7 in teens.
i’m fasting for the next day, i started today around 4, and im going tommorow until 8, and organic, iu know what that is, but what do you mean by it?
by the way, i’m a half vegetarian, i dont eat cow, or pig, only chicken and fish, (i know fish isnt meat)
