What is the truth about the weight loss product Alli?
Does it really work? I am on a low calorie, low fat diet and I exercise at least 5 days a week. I’ve been losing 1-2 pounds a week, I was just wondering if Alli worked because I’d like to drop a few more pounds a little bit faster, but I’ll take what I can get. Just curious about this product.


In your case, it wouldn’t help much. I believe Alli works by blocking fat absorption in your intestines, which often causes some problems with your feces being fatty. You’re already eating low fat, so that’d be pointless. Besides 1-2 pounds a week is a healthy, reasonable pace. Just be patient and be glad you’re making that kind of progress!
