What happens when you take phentermine, but you eat some small portions of junk food?
I’ve been taking phentermine this is only for short period of time. I need to lose 20 lbs. Well it seems like im losing water weight more, and i get hungry at night more than I do during the day?…anyways when will do you think i’ll start seeing some results? because I’ve been taking it for a week and a half and I have seen nothing so far except that I just pee a lotttttt!

Sorry to disappoint you but you are not going to see much results with it. You may get weight loss but its mostly going to be water loss and maybe some muscle loss. I doubt you are going to get much fat loss. One thing is for sure, you most probably will be half way to your goal if you continue with it. But this is temporary weight loss and it will not be sustainable. Weight will come back with a vengeance, sooner than later. Thats my answer to your question. If you are interested to find out why diet pill don’t work, read on. Else best of luck and hope you achieve your goals.
There is no short cut to weight loss. If there was a short cut or a quick fix, Oprah would have found it by now. If Oprah with all her resources is not able to find a quick fix, I doubt what ever you are taking would work.
First of all, what are you losing from diet pills? Are you sure you are losing fat and not muscle and water. Have you measured how much fat you have lost? A lot of diet pills make you lose water. What is the point of losing water when your body will store all of it back again once you stop the diet pills. And you have to stop eventually or you risk damaging your kidneys.
And diet pills that artificially rev up you metabolism are the worst kind. These have tremendous side effects. I hope you are not taking these.
Have you ever realized that fat can only be removed from your body by burning it. You cannot just make it vanish into thin air? Just make sure that you lose the weight correctly. Correct weight loss essentially means losing fat while holding on or building on your existing muscles. This is the only way you could sustain the weight loss. The most important part about losing weight is being able to keep it off. You can only keep the weight loss off if the weight loss came from losing fat and not water or muscles. None of the people who successfully kept the weight off, took diet pills. Diet pills set you up for a massive rebound weight gain. Here is some interesting information on what people who lost weight and kept it off, did ; http://correct-weight-loss.net/2009/11/05/what-does-it-really-take-to-maintain-weight-loss/

Phentermine does cause you to pee a lot, make sure to drink plenty of water so you don’t dehydrate. Also in the past when i took phentermine i would be hungry at night, so i started taking the pill later in the day. Or you could take half in the morning and half later in the day, but not to late since it can cause problems with sleeping. I also avoided junk food especially when i first started taking it. First month i lost 17 pounds, the following months were 5 to 10 pounds.
