Question for people who have taken Xenical for weight loss (from the Doctor)?

My doctor gave me Xenical so I could lose a few founds, I’ve been taken them for about 10 days, The first few days I could see a huge difference but now I’m starting to feel a little bloated and stuffy. What’s happening? Is it because I’m due period or is it because I have a cold I’m feeling like this? Or do you carry water weight from the pills and then it comes off at once?
