Is it possible and healthy for me to lose 50 pounds in 3 months by following this diet?
Im a 21 year old female, im 5″11 and I weigh 255pounds? Is it possible for me to lose 50 pounds in 3 months? I’ve started taken this natural dietary supplement called proactol that decreases food cravings, suppresses appetie and reduces calorie intake. I started eating healthy, I drink plenty of water and I’m starting to exercise 5 times a week. So with all of that said and done, is it possible for me to lose 50 pounds in 3 months? If I go from weighing 255 to 205 pounds, will it be noticable or not really? Another question, is it better for me to exercise in the morning before work? also I want to start eating 1200 calories a day, is that ok?


sounds fine. remember, your weight right now is overweight, so if you cut down to 205 pounds, you will be much more healthy. don’t starve yourself though but rather eat a lot of healthy food like salad and exercise (jog, tredmill) even do light weight lifting which is a very efficient way of loosing unwanted weight.

It’s generally unhealthy to lose that much weight in such a short time span. You are also less likely to keep it off.
I think what you are doing minus the proactol is good enough. If you don’t have to take a diet pill, then don’t. They are dangerous and can leave long lasting side effects.
1200 calories a day is just right. Exercise when it’s right for you. I get very tired an hour after exercising so I go at night.
It is considered healthy to lose only 2 pounds a week but i think you could lose 3 pounds a week and still be okay. So that would be about 36 pounds you’d lose in 3 months. Since you are heavier though you might be able to lose up to 4 pounds a week, it really depends. Eating 1200 calories a day should be okay but sometimes if you aren’t eating enough, you actualy gain weight. As long as your body doesn’t go into starvation you should be okay. Try eating 4 300 calories meals throughout the day with 2 100 calorie snacks in between, that’s about 1400 calories a day, but it will keep your metabolism high and stop your body from starving.
Its possible to lose the weight that fast….Might me a little more then what is consider the healthy amount but you can def do it! You will for sure notice the difference because that a 20% body weight decrease! I love doing cardio in the morning before breakfast because that is when you burn the MOST fat! that’s fine, but you should go for a longer time span. try 4 or 5 months.

Most experts agree that it is only possible to lose about 2 pounds of body fat a week. Any greater reduction in weight comes from water weight and muscle. So for 3 months you should be able to lose about 24 pounds. I would be skeptical of any diet pill. But if it works for you great. Exercising in the morning is typical better because energy levels tend to be higher in the morning, but whatever is easiest for you and works well with your schedule will be best. Calories intake sounds good, but split up your meals into several small meals you eat throughout the day to keep your metabolism high. Most importantly don’t get discourage. Most diet plans are unsuccessful not because they don’t work but because people don’t stick to them. Although I would say it is ok to cheat every once in great while. Good luck!
be careful not to lose too much weight too fast, because you will be left with loose, saggy skin. (not to mention it’s not healthy)
also be careful not to let your body feel like it is being starved because then you will store fat.
