I don’t think taking a “drug” for weight loss is acceptable. I think watching what you eat and exercise are the only way to go. You don’t know what the side effects from that junk will be. It may not affect you right now, but it may in later years.
I had a family member use xenical. The weight did come off of her pretty quickly. She liked it okay, but she said she would have to wear a depends though. No fat gets digested. It goes straight in the toilet. Also, it became a pain to eat out because she would have to go to the restroom so soon afterward. Even if she passed gas it would at times expel a greasy substance. Also she made sure to carry cleansing wipes because of the greasy feeling it would leave on her bottom.

just remember to work out and exercise and don’t eat too much fatty foods.
