Has anyone used phentermine to help jump start your weight loss efforts?
I’m going to check with my Dr. first because I have high blood pressure and on medication. Not sure what to expect..how did it work for you?

Thats what the doctor put me on for 3 months. I saw results within a month. It really gives you energy.
Hey Linda M. I’m Bilal Stokes i am an weight loss expert and i think i can help your situation. People that i have helped told me that phentermine was the smartest move they made!
Phentermine pills are designed to release neurotransmitters in the brain called catecholamines. The result? A decreased production of neuropeptide Y, which in turn reduces appetite, increases energy and decreases fat storage. Your reward? Less hunger and more weight loss.
Some non-prescription appetite suppressants like the herbal phentermine are also known to be very effective. Since it is natural, side effects are fewer compared to prescription phentermine pills. Herbal phentermine pills are manufactured similar to prescription pills and work in a similar manner. Herbal phentermine also suppresses the appetite, burns calories and increases metabolism and energy. Herbal Phentermine contains botanical and thermogenic ingredients and so must be followed with a healthy diet and good sleeping habits to avoid complications. Also, since herbal phentermine does not require a prescription, it is preferred to the regular phentermine.
Only herbal phentermine can help in increasing metabolism, which is not possible by the prescription-based phentermine. So, basically this increases energy and metabolism levels while decreasing appetite and burns calories at the same rate as the prescription phentermine pills.
Herbal phentermine is less expensive, requires no prescription and produces fewer side effects while having the same weight-loss effect as prescription phentermine. Many believe that because herbal phentermine is more “”natural”" it is better for you. This may or not be the case, but thousands swear by it. Please be sure to always follow your doctor’s instructions, and be very up front about any side effects you may be experiencing, no matter how trivial they may seem at the time.
well Linda i hope i was of some use to you and i wish you the best of luck
I use it for just a weel baut it really not work much as i expect it.
Just try and see what is the best for your body.
Unhappy 2 weeks and NOTHING!
I started taking Phen. on feb 13th. and going to the gym 4x a week with a trainer for 3 months and only losing 2 lbs. I finally insisted on getting on Phentermine. Now, I’ve lost……absolutely nothing. Not a pound. I tend to not eat for longs periods of time and then eat. All in all, I don’t eat very much and drink very little water.I just don’t understand why I cannot lose anything. I am eating a bowl of Raisin Bran in the morning, then taking a pill……small something for lunch-not really anything but a handful of crackers or pretzels or some fruit and a small dinner. I know, I know….not enough calories- but jeeze…..you’d think I would have lost something by now! I haven’t been to the gym in the past 2 weeks either due to a foot injury. The phen. makes my little appetite almost nonexistant. What can I be doing wrong? I was so excited when I finally got the phen….I’ve never been big in my life- average for me has been about 115-120 lbs. In 2 years I’ve gained over 60 lbs. Phen make me more and more depressed. ….. I cant do anything physical when i feel down. I had to switch to something more natural like, Dietrine Carb Blocker. My results were slow to appear. I began to lose roughly 5 pounds in the third and fourth week, and I actually lost another 4 after I went off of Dietrine. So, in total, I wound up losing 8 pounds over the course of a month, and that’s with an insanely intense carb-heavy diet.
I was actually surprised that I didn’t gain more weight, and I was quite happy when I saw Dietrine really do its thing in the latter half of the month. For a few days I was actually getting quite discouraged as I thought that Dietrine wasn’t actually going to do anything. Yet, almost as if it knew what I was thinking, it came along and helped me shed the weight. I didn’t experience any side effects that I can attribute to Dietrine. If anything, I felt quite good for the entire time that I was on it.
