Does Hydroxycut Really Help You Lose Weight?
I work out everyday and eat healthy but I’m not losing any weight I bought these pills and now I’m wondering if they will even work. I need advice from someone who has actually used diet pills before or even better used hydroxycut .

Hydroxycut used to work, back when it contained ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin. But then they banned ephedrine in weight loss products. So now it contains caffeine, and a diuretic. You may lose weight, but it’ll be mostly water. You can get the same results taking a caffeine pill, for a lot cheaper. If you want to take the original effective ingredients, order ephedrine online, then take it with caffeine and aspirin.
Hydroxycut is one of the most popular fat loss supplements of all time. The original version had ephedrine in it which has since been banned…and for good reason, yet Hydroxycut continued to be a top seller. The manufacturer claims that taking the fat loss supplement will help you lose weight 4.5 times faster than diet and exercise alone. In two 8-week studies, participants in the study lost quite a bit more weight than the participants using diet and exercise alone(14.99 vs 3.06 lbs) and (12.54 vs 3.53).
Both groups followed diet and exercise programs although those were not detailed. The results are impressive if the subjects followed similar eating plans but it is not clear whether they did.
So does Hydroxycut work for everyone? No, nothing works for everyone. There are plenty of positive reviews on the various forums but there are some negative ones as well. The only way it will work is if you are following a sound eating and exercise program. You simply cannot eat fast food every day and expect to lose weight by taking any fat loss supplement.
If you are eating well and exercising, many people have reported really good results with it.
I would recommend this website
Hydroxycut used to be a really effective thermogenic ECA Stack. Before the ephedra ban, I was using the original Hydroxycut irregularly and lost about 25 lbs. in a month by eating a somewhat restricted diet (about 1,200 cals daily) and exercising regularly. After the ban, I never bothered using Ephedra-free Hydroxycut because it simply lacks the thermogenic properties that made the original ECA (Ephedra-Caffeine-Asprin) so worthwhile and productive. If you haven’t opened the pills, I would suggest you return them. and get your money back. Since ephedra is banned (and tough to find; believe me, I’ve looked all over the globe. If you can’t find it on the Internet, you can’t find it), you would be well advised to turn to caffeine for an extra workout boost. Don’t bother paying a company for placebo pills that ultimately give you the same results you would have experienced simply with a lower calorie diet and exercise. Ephedra worked, but nothing I have heard of or used since the ban has been effective or worth the money.
Hello, Kelly. If you are lucky enough to use a weight loss supplement and not end up with worse problems than when you started, then you would also be doubly lucky to keep that weight off.. because it is only a temporary solution after all. I know this isn’t what you want to hear, but it needs to be said anyways. Let me explain further…
There is something you need to understand about why people stay at certain weight categories. The heavier you are, the more calories your body naturally burns per day. So if you average out their eating habits, they will eventually hit a weight number where their loss from being that big evens out with their calorie intake.
In other words, if you use a pill to drop 20 pounds and don’t change a single habit, you will just go right back up. They are called, “weight loss supplements” for a reason! I do not condone their use, but you can clearly see in the term that they are meant to only supplement your current plan.
If you want an alternative that you can check out, I’ll link a new diet I’ve been hearing about below so you can read up on it. Remember though, if you absolutely must use a weight loss supplement, have a good plan to go along with it, don’t use it alone!
Use Hydroxycut Hardcore as a SUPPLEMENT to a healthy diet and daily exercise. It boosts metabolism and has appetite suppressants which make it easier to break your daily feeding into 6 meals or more. It is not a miracle pill that will melt off weight if you sit on your butt.
DO NOT take it BEFORE cardio or intense lifting because your heart rate will be racing. I take it before lunch, and then immediately AFTER I get off the treadmill (high-intensity interval training) to spike my basal metabolic rate even higher than it would normally be. Then drink water, skip dinner, and have a little cottage cheese or skim milk before bed to slowly release casein (protein) while you sleep. Breakfast should be a protein shake and oatmeal. I like to dump raw oats into the blender and blend it in with the protein, skim milk, and ice.
Hydroxycut is a tool to help you lose weight. It will not do much if you’re not going to work out. It WILL curb your appitite for a few hours. It will also give you a ton of energy. If you use the energy it gives you to work out (you’ll be able to work out longer and harder than if you didnt take it) then it will for sure help you lose weight. It is not a miracle pill though, so if you’re willing to do some work, it is worth buying. If not, dont waste your money on it.
