diet pill that helps you loose fat without suppressing hunger?
I am Vegan. I exercise 5-6 times a week for about 60-90 minutes at a time. I am fit however I have stubborn fat on my thighs that will NOT burn off. I am trying to find a diet pill to take for about a month to try and push this fat off my thighs! I do not need a pill that will suppress my hunger because I am very aware of everything I eat. I am looking to loose about 7lbs and just need a last push!
I was looking into Phenphedrine or LipoFuze but have also read some good stuff about Proactol. Has anyone used any of these before? what are your experiences with these specific products? Have you used any other pills that gave you incredible results in a similar situation?
thank you!
but i DO weight training and have about 60 grams of protein a day. I am 5’7 and 133lbs.
thanks Christian D
any specific advice for targeting thigh fat? – maybe I should start a new question.

Don’t take pills.
Eat more protein and cut out sugary and starchy carbs *and* do weight training to get rid of excess bodyfat.
do not EVER take diet pills! they are soo bad for you!
The only thing that will get rid of this fat is muscle, there is always going to be fat here, it is there to feed the muscles in your thighs
If you are healthy, weight loss pills are only going to make you sick as they don’t target specific areas of your body, and they are for people who have difficulty exercising
You are doing 60-90 minutes of exercise nearly every day, do you really want to throw all this hard earned effort away for a little bit of fat in your thighs? You can target your exercises to burn off fat in specific areas of your body, this is a better option, and you already have the will power, you are half way there
Good luck with your vegan diet, it is good that you can see the health benefits of not eating meat, don’t be afraid to ask questions if you think that you are lacking in something too
EDIT:
I do not know what exercises that would be, but I Googled exercise thigh and I came up with this link http://www.articlesbase.com/fitness-articles/thigh-exercises-for-women-70499.html
Don’t be afraid to use Google either
Well since you are vegan (why?) you need some source of protein, so if you are going to refuse it from the tasty little animals, you could use protein bars and shakes after exercising with heavy weights. Muscle burns fat, so you need to pack more of it on, and you need to use heavy weights since that will burn more, and to support your increased muscles will burn more while just existing.
You cannot target fat areas. Your body doesn’t work that way.
Do not take pills other than supplements. Most drugs on the market aren’t designed to take the whole of human anatomy into account meaning they do something without bothering to wonder its effects on something else. This is why we are getting sicker and sicker in America. We solve one problem by creating another with toxic chemicals rather than the chemicals God intended us to intake.
Also don’t fall for the weight training myths of super slow super low weight high amounts of reps myth. It doesn’t work.
You probably shouldn’t even be worrying about fat anyway, just be fit. Fat in and unto itself is not some toxic chemical to avoid. Trans fats are but that is another story.
It matters more if your frame can handle it and if your fat is subcutaneous rather than visceral.
