whats the best way to tone my butt and shrink my thighs and my lower belly?

Whatever i eat seems to go straight to everything below my belly button. I have a big butt and i don’t mind it, but i wish i could tone it. My thighs are so big that they pertrude outward. As for my belly: i basically have a slope. Above my belly button is perfectly flat, but beneath it i have a gut. Because of this, I have unbelievable curves and my “love handles” add to this. If i didn’t have them, i wouldn’t really have any curves which is what i would perfer so i can find a pair of pants that actually fit. Any suggestions on what excersises and diet i can do to get rid of this unwanted fat?
