What Is The Best Weigh To Flatten The Muscles Below The Belly Button?
I would love to have a flat stomach, but even after diet and exercise the muscles below the belly button don’t seem shrink or flatten. What is the best way that I can flatten those muscles so I will have a flat stomach?

Improving your core…exercises that strengthen your core.
also help to flatten your tummy, imrove posture and promote a healthy back.
six simple exercises
bridges: arms straight but away from your side slightly to aid with balance. Bend your knees, feet firmly on the floor. Lift your behind off the floor until body straight from shoulder to knees. Hold for 20 secs, do 3 sets of 10 repititions
bridges with leg extensions: same thing, but extending one leg off the ground in a straight line. Hold 20 secs, then place foot on floor before lowering body…repeat with other leg
supermans: lie face down on the floor, legs straight and arms extendd above head. Lift right leg and left arm at same time, then switch. Do for 60 secs. Also could be done with both arms, both legs up in the air
crunches: find a chair to support lower legs. on your back, bend you hips and knees to 90 degrees, place one hand on upper abdomen and one hand on lower abdomen. top hand should move toward other hand and shoulder should go off the floor. 3 sets of 10 repeititions
belly button pulls: lie straight, arms at your side. pull in belly button towards your spine using stomach muscles and hold for 30 secs, 10 repititions
dead bug: hips and knees bent at 90 degrees. flex up hip on one side of your body while other hip lowered. keep movement on for a while
planks: lie face down on the floor, bend elbows up directly under sholers. forearms on the floor, toes pointing to the floor, srtaighten body off ground. hold for 20 secs…if hard….keep knees on the ground
Diet is the biggest factor in that area. Dairy products contribute too.
