Yes(ish), but what has helped me a lot recently was a youtube video on the function of the kidneys and when we are stressed, a signal is sent to eat. So I find now that if I get unexplainably hungry/cravings, I can say to myself, must be stressed, eating will not solve that and it subsides. I do actually have a lot more energy but I have also given up smoking/drinking which has effected my sleeping but Hey! it has to be done.
Oh my gosh … it is sooooo funny that you mention that. I always have to remind myself because I could go all day without eating after breakfast. Low carb ROCKS! Did it get rid of your cravings too???

Hi, I’m doing low carb, large salad with every meal. No processed carbs. Do you find now that sometimes you forget to eat because hunger does not control you.
