South Beach Diet Plan?
Has anyone had success doing the south beach diet? I am looking for a long term healthy eating plan. I don’t need a quick fix but I do need something to keep me motivated with a decent list of acceptable foods. I can’t eat plain chicken and veggies 24-7. Has anyone done this program? Any other suggestions? Biggest loser? the zone diet? michael Thurman blueprinting plan? Atkins?
Any other ones I am missing let me know. Just looking for options and others experiences.


You should do the zone diet, you can eat whatever foods you want. You should start to see results within the first few weeks. My mom tried this diet and she lost 40 pounds in like six months.

It should be easy for you to stick to because you can basically eat almost all foods you would normally eat, only in smaller portions.
