I’ve Been On A Low-calorie Diet Of About 800 Calories A Day…?
So far, it’s been working. I’m just wondering, after I lose all the weight I wanna lose, how many calories do I eat? I know that most people on these kinds of diets gain all the weight back because they start to go back to their normal eating habits after the weight is lost. But, I plan on eating healthy, so will I gain the weight back? Even if I eat healthy? My goal weight is 120, and a person of that weight needs 1800 calories to maintain that weight, but if I up the calories that much, will the weight come back or not as long as I’m eating healthy? Please help, thanks.

What do you think????
Of course the weight is going to come back on. And since you are in starvation mode, you are going to gain twice as much as you lost. Only this time, since you have screwed up your metabolism, you won’t be able to take it off.
Ok : you can continue on with “Good Nutritional Foods”as
suggested yes because diets are controllable every day .Where
all “Calaries” proven for better health & execerising does alot more efforts about 100% same way seehttp://www.good.nutritionalfoods/recipes…
First of all, why are you only eating 800 calories a day? You are supposed to eat at least 1200 calories a day. I used to eat 800 calories a day when I was borderline anorexic, so I am concerned for you. It’s okay to want to lose weight, but basically you’re starving yourself. That other girl is right your body is in starvation mode and your metabolism has shut down. You can’t continue to eat this way, so when you increase your calories, you will gain the weight back. That doesn’t mean that you should not ever increase your calories. As hard as it might be, you need to increase them, but you can make it up by exercising. That will really help and you will be getting enough food to eat at the same time. I hope that you will not continue with the kind of eating habits that you have now and will change them to some healthier ones. If you don’t, pretty soon, you’re going to find yourself tired, weak, irritable and blacking out. I don’t want that to happen to yourself. Hope this helped you. Take care of yourself and be good to your body. It’s the only one you have.
Once you reach your goal weight, I wouldn’t jump right up to 1800 calories. Slowing increase your daily intake by maybe 200 calories the first week, and then 100 the next. And try that for a little while to see the exact number of calories your body requires with your matabolism to keep the weight you want.
I weight myself every morning naked to make sure that I stay the same weight. This way, if I gain a pound or two, I can always correct it in next few days…and also, I know what & how much I’ve eaten to cause this weight gain…so I try to eat less or something different next time.
