Ive Been On A Calorie Maintenance Diet For 1 Month I Need Some Advice?
Now to start off i am 17 and im a general ectomorph but for the last 6 years of my life ive been eating mcdonalds almost everyday sometimes at 2 AM and going straight to bed and drinking and eating very fatty foods and its left me with a general skinny body but overweight at the same time (skinny-fat) anyway the last 4 weeks ive been eating about 1500-1800 calories per day ( to maintain my current weight it was 2000 calories per day) anyway according to the scales ive lost 5 kilos (im now 70 KG) but it has got me wondering has my body been taking fat off me or muscle?? Like i dont look that much skinnier…

Are you eating 3 meals a day or more?
Are you tired allot more than usual?
If you are eating all the food on one or two meals, or you find yourself very tired all the time, you may be trading muscle for energy…However if you have the same or more energy and are eating 3 or more meals a day you have lost some fat…
