i really want to loose weight on nutrisystem? does it really work?
i am 15, and my only problem is that i have a lot of fat. im chubby. im scared to take off my shirt. ive been doing exercises too. but i was thinking about nutrisystem as well, im only planning to loose 10 to 15 pounds, im currently 150. how long would this take on nutrisystem and exercising?


I am not sure, but I think u need to take it easy, and be patient, also work out, and take care ur body.
