How many pounds do you lose in Phase 2 of the South Beach Diet?

I’ve done Phase 1 for about 2 1/2 weeks, I’ve lost about 7lbs, but tomorrow I want to switch to Phase 2. I know that if I stay on Phase 1 any longer I’ll end up cheating, I’m already over indulging in the amount of sweets I’m limited to. So I was wondering how much weight I’ll lose in Phase 2? Per week? Thanks!
