It’s basiclly a modified Atkisn diet. Restrict most carbs for a few weeks then start adding healthly complex ones later on. I was on Atkins and it does work, however you can’t cheat. You must follow to the letter. Remember, YOU CAN’T CHEAT not even once or else you will have setbacks. Once you get used to it it’s no big deal staying on.

It’s not the question of whether or not a diet works, but rather can you stick with the diet.
A low fat diet works (which is high in carbs), a low carb diet works (which is high in fat).
