How Do I Get Rid Of The Fat Around My Belly Button?
what are the best exercises or diets to get rid of the fat around my belly button. I’m not fat or over weight i just have this round spot around my belly button that no matter what i do is always squishy and sticks out a little more than the rest of my stomach? i want a flat belly haha help me!


To get rid of the fat around your belly button, you need to do lots of ab exercises & have a low fat, healthy diet. Sit ups/crunches are great, dont get me wrong, but did u know they only work about 2 of the 12 muscles in your abs? They pretty much only work out your upper abs, so they do practically nothing for the lower muscles.
If you want tone abs, I suggest buying a workout video (that mainly deals with abs) which can be as cheap as $5-10 depending on where u get it. Or you could always hire a personal trainer.
The video/trainer will show u lots of new exercises that will really help you out
eat 90,360 pounds worth of bananas and then when you POOP it all out you will take everything else with you. but do not go over the limit of bananas because if you poop everything out with too much bananoonas then you take your belly button with you. but hey i guess you could be friends with kyle xy now.

The best way to fix that is crunches.
I do this every night.
30 crunches, 30 side crunches/per side, tables, bicycles,etc..
Just go with how you want at first. (Be sure to stretch first for safety)
