How Can I Lose Weight With A Simple Diet Plan?

I need to lose weight with a simple diet plan!!!
(This is just an example):
Breakfast – coffee w/o sugar, 2 boiled eggs
Lunch – one steak, green salad, fresh fruits
Dinner – boiled ham, 1 boiled eggs, celery
I don’t get to work out, only during weekends walking at the park…I’m really busy during Mon-Fri. Please give a simple diet plan. I want to lose weight within min. 2 months. How much pounds will I lose?
