i’ve never tried them but they are so expensive that it doesn’t even seem worth it. you can’t just lose weight by eating. you have to exercise.
Well, yes and no.
You see, as you lose the weight with food alone, you’re going to be losing fat AND some muscle. The food will certainly help you lose weight, but for the physique, I suggest cardio and a little weight training. If you don’t want to spend the money, you can eat healthy for a lot less. It’s best to eat 5-6 times a day, with 2-3 hours between each meal. Very little fat/unneeded calories are stored due to the constant energy usage. Find you BMR, and subract 200-300 calories per day from it, and aim for that. Be sure to subtract any calories you burnt at the gym through cardio, a 500-600 deficit is too drastic.
