flat belly diet food lists?!!?
I was wondering if there was anyone on here that has done (or is doing) the flat belly diet?
what foods are you allowed on the 4 day anti-bloating phase?
what foods are allowed from day 5 to day 32?
I know that for the 1st 4 days you eat only 300 calories per meal and have to have a MUFA w/each meal.
the 5-32 days, it’s 400 calories per day along with the MUFA at each meal.
I just need to know which foods are off limits and which one’s arent.
