No nutrisystem does NOT work, it’s a scam like most of the diet programs and products they sell on TV. You lose weight with the system because you are starved, the additives they add to everything they send to you, could kill a buffalo. Even if you do lose weight, with all the stuff that added to their products you will be sick afterwards, its not worth it.
Stick with a good regiment filled with healthy cardio and weight lifting coupled with a good balanced diet, that is guaranteed to work. Not only does it make you FEEL better, you are losing weight.
