5 lbs a week is excessive! Also, you might want to skip out on the mayo.
I suppose it is possible but you are going to feel crappy on so little calories. Lightheaded, dizzy maybe even pass out.
diet alone might not be as effective as with exercise but to enhance your diet and lose weight faster try using a supplement that increase metabolism like : http://homegear.com/r/?q=23131206&r=2076
It works for real, and you’ll have more energy!
Hello.
Hope you are fine.
7 Weight Loss Tips:
Lose Weight Fast Without Diet Pills.
The following is a list of seven weight loss tips that can help you lose weight fast without diet pills. You can lose weight fast in the beginning by following these easy tips.
1. Drink water. The number one tip for losing weight fast is to drink more water. Drinking water helps your body to flush out harmful toxins that tend to prevent weight loss. Experts in the diet industry suggest between six and eight glasses of water per day, but the more water you can drink the better.
2. Skip the pop. Don’t drink diet or regular pop. Avoid drinking soda of all kinds to quickly reduce bloating and take inches off of your waist.
3. Increase your fiber. Whole wheat and whole grain foods, along with fruits and vegetables, fill you up without overloading your body with excess calories. Gradually increase your fiber intake to lose weight fast.
4. Eat more vegetables. Aim for five vegetables a day and gradually add more to your daily menus. Natural, unprocessed foods are best in regards to losing weight. Swap your regular snacks for carrot sticks, cut-up celery and cucumbers or canned vegetables.
5. Limit TV. Watching too much TV encourages you to eat more than you realize. Avoid the excess calories and mindless eating by cutting down on the amount of time you spend in front of the TV. Find other activities to enjoy that occupy your hands as well as your time.
6. Exercise. Cardio is essential for weight loss. Initially 30 minutes a day is an appropriate amount of exercise. Over time, you want to work up to 60 to 90 minutes a day in order to lose weight quickly.
7. Strength training. Resistance training raises your metabolism, builds muscle and burns fat. Add strength training to your cardio routine for the perfect for the balance of exercise. Resistance training is the most effective and quickest way to achieve a slimmer body. You’ll be able to see and feel the results from strength training almost immediately. Within six weeks you should start to see a difference on the scale.
Hope this helps you . Thank you.
Yes although it’s not the healthiest way so by no means am I supporting it but yes you can. My roommate lost 10 pounds all together, 6 the first week and 4 the next. You can’t snack on extra stuff though, you have to stick to it with the skim milk and everything. I remember she said she hated cereal by the end of the diet but she stuck it out. Good Luck
you will lose the 5 pounds a week for 2 weeks but after the 2 weeks it will get boring and you may only lose 1-2 pounds per week
but if you weigh 203 then yes you can lose more those first 2 weeks because the heavier you are the more weight per week you can lose safely
Since you have already started to eat healthier, you should maybe do some exercises to loose more weight faster, build muscles and stay in shape.
yes that is ok but eat 5 a day it keeps the fat away
Yes, as long as you excercise with your plan, too.
just do masturbate it could make u slimmer
Your diet looks pretty solid. Are you exercising at all. You should lose some weight with that diet and if you add in exercising the weight should drop off fairly quickly. I don’t know about losing 5 pounds every week. That’s pretty drastic and could be a strain on your body. Another way to help is if you drink soda just cut it out completely. I lost 7 pounds when i gave it up cold turkey. Also you should be drinking close to a gallon of water everyday. Good luck
Well you gotta stick with the diet plan for sure, I know that the recommended serving size is 3/4 of a cup and half cup of Skim milk so make sure that you are measuring your milk, also dont eat anything else that the plan doesnt allow. I would cut down completely on the mayo because it has too many calories and all those calories are from fat.
This is one of the worst ideas I have ever heard. No offense, but seriously… You’re going to try and live/lose weight by eating around 800 calories everyday. Your nuts.
Let me explain something to you. The bigger your body size, the more calories your body uses everyday to sustain cellular life/growth/development. So, by your height and weight I’m going to estimate that you have a BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate = the amount of calories your body uses just to exist) of around 1800. If you add exercise, or are an active individual, this will add 400-600 calories. So, you need like 2200 calories (on the low end) to maintain your current weight. Okay, so don’t get me wrong… You have the right idea. Calorie deficit = weight loss… BUT, there is a such thing as too much of a deficit. And there are many bad consequences to such a deficit. First of all, if you eat too few calories, you are going to feel like crap and your metabolism is going to slow down. There’s also another very frustrating thing that can happen. It’s called “starvation mode”. many people don’t actually believe such a thing exists, but I am telling you from personal experience, it does. Your body realizes that it isn’t getting enough calories so instead of using those calories for energy, it stores them as fat as a precaution. This will not only make you very weak and suck, but it will actually cause you to gain weight.
So, before I write a freakin’ book, I’m just going to end this by giving you a few pointers.
1. Don’t eat less than 1200 calories per day. Create a deficit, but don’t go below this number. You wanna keep the weight off? Then be healthy and create a lifestyle you can actually stick to.
2. Drink tons of water. The more water the better.
3. Make small switches for big results. Switch to skim, or low fat soy. Eat whole wheat instead of white. As a general rule, white carbs = empty cals. Eat lean meats and for the love of god, learn what a serving is… Skinless boneless chicken breast is a great choice for a healthy meal, but if you’re eating 3 servings instead of 1, well… you get it…
4. Exercise. The calorie deficit is going to help you lose for a while. But it won’t be enough. It’s easier to maintain your weight if you exercise because not only does it help with your calorie deficit, but if you add weights to the equation, you’re adding muscle. The more muscle you have, the more calories your body uses. Oh yeah, and cardio is good for the heart.
5. Everything in moderation. Don’t completely restrict all the foods you crave. If you go out to eat every once in a while and eat some bad junk, just enjoy it and know that you will go back to making healthy choices tomorrow. Same with exercise… Find activities you enjoy. if you like doing it, you will more likely do it often and make a routine of it.
It’s a lifestyle. Not a diet. So, you have to make permanent changes if you wanna lose weight and keep it off.
Good luck.
