Can you do the South Beach Diet useing just the prepared foods?
I really don’t have that much time in my day, especially mornings, I want to start the South Beach Diet, but the book I have was published before all of the prepared meals came out. My questions is, can I be successful in the Phase 1 part of the diet, with the prepared meals? Thanks!


you don’t have to follow the South Beach Diet entirely, by stop eating rice… but if you insist on continueing the south beach diet, sleep early and wake up early, you surely will be sucessful…
I don’t believe so – especially for breakfast. The prepared meals have wraps and things, which, while they’re perfectly fine for phases two and three, are not allowed for phase one. Good luck!
